Returns & Refunds Policy
Subject to meeting the conditions set out below, SUPPLIFIX offers a no-questions-asked returns policy allowing you to return delivered items for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Refunds
We will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding original delivery charges and cash handling fees where applicable):
• To your original payment method for card and online payments
• By issuing a SUPPLIFIX gift voucher for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Customers who placed a COD order using guest checkout must create an account so the refund voucher can be issued and linked to their profile.
How Do I Return an Item?
Return Through Your Account

Log in to your account on www.supplifix.com

Go to My Orders

Select View / Manage Order

Click Return Item

Choose Pick Up from Address
If You Choose “Pick Up from Address”

Select the item(s) you wish to return

Choose the return reason

Select your pickup address

Submit the return request
Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. Please note that some banks may take up to 15 working days to reflect the refund.

Refunds via Tabby / Tamara
After we receive your return, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Your refunded amount should appear in your Tabby or Tamara account within 24 hours after processing.
Received Wrong or Damaged Items?
If you received the wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
What Items Can I Return?
You may return items within 30 days provided they are unused and in original condition.
Exceptions
• Supplements may only be returned if unopened, with seal unbroken and in original packaging in resalable condition
